The left leg remains stretched in front while I pass the right one over it  pulling the right foot as back as possible.
Thus you don't put your sole on the ground, but it looks to the back wall. The two knees are overlapped, as possible.

That's a wonderful position for the sciatic nerve, a wonderful position for massaging the abdominal content as well as a position that sets a different Time perspective.

You bend in front and catch what you can: the shank, the heel. Everybody stretches in front as much as he can. Meanwhile you maintain the vertebral column straight and the chin pulled back.   

This moment I suggest you another exercise
(I think no more to a problem).
By curiosity, I ask you to exercise on both parts, left and right, remaining one minute to each and subjectively feeling when the time passes faster.

Hm, how would I do this? It does not matter how I feel, I am only interested in my subjective opinion on how fast the time elapses in each of these positions

The Time should be permanently observed.

I remain as straight as I can while as bent as I can.
